Happy 2019! Quail and Upland Game Alliance (QUGA) has good news! The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Habitat Funds Grant Program has awarded QUGA grants to help landowners/producers with conservation on the ground. Attached are applications for the Bonus and Pheasant Programs, Funding for this program comes from the sale of Habitat Stamps to sportsmen.
